Overview

About this project

This combined bathroom and laundry had a leaking shower and a non-compliant subfloor. We removed the affected flooring, replaced the subfloor and upgraded the supporting floor structure to create a strong, compliant foundation.

The existing layout was retained and refreshed with updated finishes, a modern vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. The result is a clean, practical and polished space designed for everyday use.
