Lakeside - New Home Build

When the original designer and builder became insolvent, the homeowners were left with a half-built house. We stepped in, removed the existing frame and took over construction to bring their home to completion.

Built with a timber frame, structural steel and rendered Hebel panels, the finished home makes the most of its sloping site and wide lake views. Pale stone features, crisp white walls and black detailing give the exterior a light, contemporary look. A covered balcony with glass balustrades provides space to enjoy the outlook.

Inside, the kitchen pairs white cabinetry and a large marble-look island with a black herringbone splashback, timber-toned floors and pendant lighting. Expansive glazing keeps the lake in view and connects the living spaces to the setting outside.
