About this project
This two-storey home addition created more room to live and grow, with three new bedrooms, a new bathroom and an existing room converted into an ensuite. Downstairs, an expanded living area and new alfresco space provide more room for everyday living and entertaining. Carefully matched cladding and window trim details connect the addition to the existing home, creating a cohesive finish inside and out.
Installing the structural steel was a key challenge, requiring careful planning and coordination to bring the new spaces together. Successfully completing this stage paved the way for a spacious, practical addition that complements the home’s original character while adapting it to the family’s changing needs.
