Edgeworth Home Addition

This Edgeworth home addition expanded the house to the side and front, adding a master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, a living area, laundry and butler’s pantry. White kitchen cabinetry, pale blue splashback tiles and timber-look flooring create a fresh finish, while black-framed windows and wide sliding doors bring in natural light and connect the living space to the yard.

Working from plans supplied by the owners, Novacoast Building constructed the additions and integrated the new rooms with the existing home. Works included excavation, external cladding, windows and sliding doors, connections to the existing tiled roof, internal linings and fit-out of the new spaces, with timber steps providing access to the outdoor area.
