Rural Granny Flat and Garage

This completed project added a one-bedroom granny flat to an existing rural home, with an attached breezeway connecting the new and existing spaces. Designed in a duplex-style configuration, the addition includes a bathroom, living area, custom kitchen, laundry and double garage, along with a tank slab.

Construction involved steel screw piles, fill, a slab-on-ground foundation and a steel frame. The exterior was finished in rendered Hebel to complement the existing home and give the addition a consistent appearance across the property.
