Coal Point - New Home Build

This contemporary lakeside home makes the most of its sloping site and the views beyond. Charcoal vertical cladding, dark brickwork and warm timber accents give the exterior a bold, layered look, while a covered upper-level balcony provides a place to take in the water and watch the sunset.

Inside, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom layout includes two living areas, offering room to gather and space to retreat. Large windows and sliding doors bring natural light into the open-plan kitchen and living area and connect it to the balcony. Timber-toned flooring adds warmth alongside the dark island bench, while the bathroom’s grey tiles, black fittings and glass shower carry the home’s contemporary style through to the finer details.
